Everyone knew the story of how the silk trade developed between Asia and Europe, but what about the culinary trade?

Experts Feride Buyuran (AZ Cookbook) and Ker Zhu (Mason’s Dumplings) led a discussion on the culinary exchange along the Silk Road, allowing participants to learn and taste dishes from different cultures. Free food tastings were included.

Museum admission was included in the cost of the event ticket.
