Join Master Justin Garcia as he leads you through 5 Animal Qigong, a centuries-old Chinese practice of body movement, breathing, and meditation, in our tranquil courtyard. This month-long Qigong series will promote emotional health, self-awareness, and reduced stress through gentle movement, breathwork, and balance.
Each class session includes admission to the museum.
