Accessibility Guidelines at USC Museums

USC Museums, which include the USC Pacific Asia Museum and USC Fisher Museum, are committed to providing and improving accessibility for all visitors, including people with disabilities.

The Museums have procedures and policies in place to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) concerning web and video accessibility.

As part of this policy, the Museums have implemented a multiphase roadmap for making the sites ADA compliant. As of August 2024, the museum’s contracted with a third party vendor to improve the overall accessibility of the sites. The museum’s will continually monitor for accessibility barriers and undertake remediation efforts as necessary.

Additionally, the museums have purchased new digitally compliant collections management software and anticipate migrating the online collections to that product in 2025.
